Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with O’Doyle Rules. If the Pro tier isn’t doing what you hoped, we’ll refund you.

The window

14 days, no questions asked. Both the $9 monthly subscription and the $90 yearly subscription are refundable for 14 days from the date of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email billing@odoylerules.ai from the address you bought with, and tell us the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt. You don’t need to explain why — though we’d love feedback if you have any. We’ll process the refund through Lemon Squeezy and revoke the associated license key.

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy

Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record. Once we approve a refund, it lands back on your original payment method on their schedule — typically a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

After the 14-day window

Outside the window, license keys are non-refundable per Lemon Squeezy’s standard terms. For the monthly plan you can cancel any time and you won’t be billed for the next cycle; the current cycle isn’t prorated.

Anthropic API charges are separate

O’Doyle Rules is bring-your-own-key. The token cost of running generations is billed by Anthropic to your account, not by us. We can’t refund Anthropic charges.

Chargebacks

If something feels off, please email us first — chargebacks are slow, cost both of us money, and we’ll almost always just refund you directly. We’re a small operation and we’d rather make it right than fight it out.
